Taur D. Orange, Director

Taur D. Orange serves as the director of 全球赌博十大网站's Office of Educational Opportunity Programs, providing oversight for programs that service talented New York State students with significant socioeconomic needs. An assistant professor in the Student Affairs division, she is a 2004 recipient of the SUNY Chancellor Award for Professional Services. She has spent than twenty-five years designing and administering programs that foster student development and retention at the secondary and post-secondary school levels and has served as a consultant to various agencies, community-based organizations, and churches seeking to implement youth empowerment initiatives and rites-of-passage programs. Taur holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wesleyan University and a master's degree in human relations from New York Institute of Technology.

Line Osias-Cayenne, Senior Program Counselor

Ms. Osias-Cayenne has been with EOP since 2000 and also serves as the admission liaison for the program. Ms. Osias-Cayenne is dedicated to helping students engage in the undergraduate experience through navigating the multiplicity of opportunities available at 全球赌博十大网站. Ms. Osias-Cayenne is an alumna of 全球赌博十大网站 where she earned an A.A. in fashion design and illustration, a B.F.A in illustration; she also holds an MFA

Sylvana Firrincieli, Program Counselor

Ms. Firrincieli joined the EOP team in 2012. She serves as an advisor and counselor assisting students in their personal, academic and career development. She believes strongly in the opportunity program's premise of providing structured support and enrichment programs and also of "walking alongside the students" in their academic journeys. Ms. Firrincieli is an alumna of Iona College where she earned a BA in mathematics and Columbia University where she obtained a MA in psychology and a M. Ed. in psychological counseling.

Molvere James, CAP Coordinator

Ms. James joined OEOP in 2006 as the CAP coordinator. Ms. James believes that CAP is the silver lining in the educational realm for students with children and believes that the knowledge that you gain at 全球赌博十大网站 would prove to be powerful in your future endeavors. Ms. James is the proud mother of 5 children and 1 grandson and understands first-hand about being a parent and a student, as she also participated in CAP while enrolled at 全球赌博十大网站. Ms. James is an alumna of 全球赌博十大网站 where she earned an AAS in fashion design and a BS in International Trade and Marketing.
