What to send to your Fashion Institute of Technology VA Certifying Official:

Transfer Students

Students who had been receiving veteran benefits at another college must complete a Change Program/Place of 培训 form to receive benefits at the Fashion Institute 的技术:

• VA Form 22-1995 for veterans, service persons, and members of the selected reserve or
• VA Form 22-5495 (.pdf) 为幸存者和家属提供教育援助

Continuing students are asked to contact the VA Certifying Official immediately upon registering for classes; this is not limited to fall and spring semester registration, but winter session and summer session I or II classes as well.
